Tony and I will be continuing our discussion about Dan Pallotta's viral TED video on Nonprofit Radio today at 10:30 am PT / 1:30 pm ET. That will lead into further discussion about the Overhead Myth movement and the new Oregon law that provides the Attorney General with discretion to disqualify organizations that spend less than 30% of their functional expenses on charitable programs from receiving state income tax deductible contributions.
