The Western Conference on Tax Exempt Organizations co-sponsored by Loyola Law School and the IRS will be held on November 20-21 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles.  As always, there will be an impressive list of presenters and several intriguing programs (including "Are Best Practices Really Best?" and "Some Unexpected Consequences of 990") This Conference is one of my favorites, and I certainly plan to be there.  Please introduce yourself if you see me!
